Gamma is one of the 4 tocopherols with Vitamin E activity. It is an active antioxidant. Gamma E-Gems supplies 500 mg of Gamma tocopherol with all other tocopherols from vegetable oils. The Vitamin E content (alpha tocopherol) is 90 IU.
